**Role Description** This full-time Architectural Technician role at TA-LA-ARCHITEKTEN | Axel Teich Architekt + André Ljaschtschuk Ingenieur Part G mbB is an on-site position located in the Berlin Metropolitan Region - Eberswalde. The Architectural Technician supports architects and engineers in the development of design concepts, technical solutions, and detailed construction documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and revising technical drawings, construction plans, and digital models, coordinating project information, and ensuring that designs comply with relevant building codes and standards. The role involves collaborating closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors, assisting in material and product research, and contributing to project workflows from early design stages through execution. The Architectural Technician also helps maintain organized project files, supports quality control of documentation, and contributes to efficient communication across all project stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in architectural technology and architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into buildable technical solutions. - Proficiency in technical drawing and construction drawings, including the preparation of precise plans, sections, and details. - Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools and other relevant design software used in architectural practice. - Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials, ideally within the German or European context. - Relevant technical or academic qualification in architecture, architectural technology, or a closely related field. - Ability to work accurately and systematically, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a team-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse project partners; German language skills are beneficial.
