We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Support Product Owners and Product Managers in the technical elaboration and conception of user-friendly interfaces and optimized workflows, aiming for an outstanding user experience. • Analyze requirements in close collaboration with development teams, develop concise use cases, and create comprehensive user stories for the successful implementation of innovative solutions. • Accompany the entire process from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring all solutions meet high-quality standards and requirements. • Contribute to the development of visual concepts and define GUI requirements. • Create and maintain technical documentation for users. What You'll Need • First professional experience in Requirements Engineering or Quality Assurance is desirable. • A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university, ideally with an IT or healthcare focus, or an equivalent certification from the International Requirements Engineering Board. • Ideally, experience with modeling languages such as UML, BPMN, or similar. • Excellent communication skills in German and good English proficiency to effectively interact with various stakeholders and convey information clearly. • High willingness to perform, creativity, and innovation, along with strong customer and service orientation to develop optimal solutions for users.
