Customer Care & Claims Agent (Netherlands)

- You’re the first point of contact for our customers and partners in the Netherlands. You take calls and emails, log them properly, and like to sort things out right on the first contact - You take on new claims cases yourself and keep an eye on them proactively, so nothing slips through the cracks - Being reachable and hitting our service levels isn’t down to luck for you, it’s the result of how independently and responsibly you work - You make sure our customers and partners can always understand how and why we make our decisions - Our CRM (Hubspot) and our self-built contract management system are in good hands with you, you use and maintain both actively - Together with our Operations team, you keep fine-tuning our processes so things run more smoothly for customers, partners, and us internally ### Benefits - Central location in Berlin - Flexible working hours - Apple devices - Team events - Home office - Drinks, fruits, cereal - 27 vacation days - German classes- Do you have different experiences, but think you’re the right person for this role?
