Lecturer in Management

We foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement through collaboration and research. **Role purpose** To deliver high-quality, industry-relevant teaching across EIIET's management provision at Level 5–7; to lead assigned modules from design through assessment and moderation; and to contribute to programme development, accreditation compliance, and employer/industry engagement in support of EIIET's awarding and validation partnerships. **Teaching and learning** - Teach undergraduate, graduate and MBA courses in management, such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, leadership, operations and international management - Design and update course syllabi, learning materials and assessments in line with programme learning outcomes and quality assurance standards - Use interactive, practice-oriented teaching methods, including case studies, simulations and project work with companies and startups - Supervise student projects, internships and bachelor's and master's theses - Provide academic advising and mentoring to a diverse international student body - Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes and programme reviews - Engage in applied research, publications or knowledge transfer activities - Participate in faculty meetings, examination boards and institutional events, and support EIIET's industry and partner network **Qualifications** - A doctoral degree (PhD/Dr.) in management, business administration or a closely related field - Teaching experience in higher education, ideally including international or English-taught programmes - Sound knowledge of current management theory and practice - Strong communication and presentation skills, and enthusiasm for student-centred teaching What we offer • A teaching role at a growing, international institute with campuses in Germany and France • A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with close links to startups, companies and academic partners • Room to shape courses and contribute to new programmes • Opportunities for applied research, professional development and teaching across campuses • Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience • A central workplace in Berlin, one of Europe's leading startup hubs **Apply** Interested in working with us?
