Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology will be essential in guiding patients toward optimal health outcomes. **Duties** - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities - Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate patient rehabilitation and recovery - Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to coordinate care plans - Manage clinical documentation standards accurately within electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems - Provide discharge planning and home & community care guidance to ensure seamless patient transitions post-treatment - Engage with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, delivering compassionate communication and education on treatment goals **Experience** - Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital settings, or home health environments - Demonstrated expertise in acute care experience with familiarity in inpatient hospital workflows and procedures - Strong background in outpatient rehabilitation center experience focusing on patient care for orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, or pediatrics - Knowledge of physiotherapy principles related to anatomy and physiology to inform effective treatment strategies - Experience developing comprehensive care plans that incorporate discharge planning and patient education - Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice and clinical documentation standards - Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams while maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality Join us in delivering outstanding physiotherapy services that empower patients on their journey to recovery.
