Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Strategically build and develop the Defense & Security business area, including its training and development portfolio. • Identify market opportunities, qualification needs, and new business prospects within government, security organizations, and the defense industry. • Acquire clients, foster collaborations, and establish robust networks with companies, public clients, associations, and academic institutions. • Develop market-oriented educational solutions, managing them from needs analysis to successful market launch. • Represent market and customer requirements internally, collaborating closely with management, sales, marketing, trainers, lecturers, and subject matter experts. What You'll Need • A university degree in a technical, economic, military, or security policy field, or equivalent qualification. • Several years of professional experience in product management, business development, partner management, or sales of complex services. • Ability to recognize growth and development opportunities in the defense sector and create viable business models. • Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners. • Proven success in understanding, analyzing, and translating complex market requirements into commercially successful solutions.
