Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Take technical and operational responsibility for a partner and customer portal, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient system operation. • Oversee application administration and continuous development, coordinating change requests and managing their implementation. • Manage functional requirements, conducting requirements engineering from analysis to specification and stakeholder alignment. • Plan, coordinate, and document end-to-end tests, defining test cases and deriving optimization measures. • Manage user and authorization for the partner and customer portal, administering accounts and access rights. • Plan, steer, and support integration projects between different systems, developing interface and data flow concepts. • Act as a central interface between business departments, IT, and external partners, supporting rollouts and partner onboarding. • Design and facilitate training and onboarding measures to ensure sustainable system adoption. What You'll Need • Several years of professional experience in application management, IT project management, requirements engineering, or a similar role. • Experience in managing and developing digital platforms, portals, or enterprise applications. • Proficiency in requirements management and software testing planning, execution, and documentation. • A solid understanding of system integrations, interfaces, and digital business processes. • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with a strong focus on service and quality. • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders, adept at understanding and prioritizing requirements. • Fluency in German and good English language skills.
