IT Support Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Process technical support requests related to charging infrastructure. • Set up, configure, and administer charging points within backend systems. • Analyze malfunctions and identify errors in hardware, network, communication, or backend systems. • Verify communication between charging points and backend systems. • Assist service technicians with fault diagnosis and technical problem-solving. • Support B2B customers with technical inquiries. What You'll Need • Completed electro-technical training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Electrician, or equivalent). • Strong IT skills. • Understanding of basic network structures and communication between technical systems. • Ability to quickly learn new software solutions and backend systems. • Structured and solution-oriented approach to analyzing technical problems. • Proficiency in German and ability to understand technical documentation in English.
