Junior IT Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Administer and further develop server and network environments. • Support virtualised systems using VMware and Proxmox. • Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID. • Assist with the operation and security of IT infrastructure, including endpoint security, firewalls, and monitoring. • Provide support for the Citrix environment and application deployment. • Install, configure, and maintain workstation systems. • Handle technical requests and troubleshoot issues via the ticketing system. What You'll Need • Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker for System Integration) or equivalent. • Some practical experience in IT administration, or be a recent graduate. • Foundational knowledge of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or virtualisation technologies is a plus. • Interest in IT security topics. • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach. • Good English and excellent German language skills.
