Solutions Architect

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Translate new legal regulations, guidelines, and technical specifications for electronic health records, electronic prescriptions, and secure messaging systems into clear, actionable concepts for products. • Convert complex legal and regulatory requirements into understandable, structured foundations for development teams, including epics, features, and user stories. • Integrate telematics infrastructure services into specific healthcare scenarios, ensuring that processes and information flows are logical, well-thought-out, and practical for healthcare providers and patients. • Ensure solutions remain compliant with laws, technical standards, and data protection regulations while maintaining user benefit. • Represent the company in external technical discussions and forums, bringing insights back into product and architectural decisions. What You'll Need • Proven success as a Solution Architect, Business Architect, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally with a focus on innovation in highly regulated sectors or healthcare. • A degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Health Economics, or a related field, combined with a strong commitment to quality. • Proficiency in handling legal and technical requirements, including analyzing, evaluating, and implementing complex regulatory frameworks. • Deep methodological competence in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and a solid understanding of current software and integration architectures; ideally, experience with FHIR, HL7, and telematics infrastructure services. • Excellent analytical skills, a willingness to adopt new methods (e.g., AI tools), strong communication, a pronounced team spirit, and very good German and good English language skills.
